Ann Siang · Obsidian Vault

Campaign architecture held steady until launch day.

AdVault Craft is an integrated marketing and brand communications agency on Ann Siang Road. We build campaign structure, creative direction and channel orchestration before media is bought — work kept on the slate table until it is ready to go out.

Before the channel mix

Founders and marketing leads arrive with fragments: a product slide, three social posts that disagree, a media plan inherited from last quarter. The brief problem is coherence — not volume. We read what is already in market, map the gaps, and write a single spine every channel can attach to.

Our method is Obsidian Vault: low-lit, written, deliberate. Decisions live in documents you can forward to finance and product teams without translation. We specialise in Singapore and APAC companies who need campaign architecture and creative direction before production spend begins.

The studio occupies the second floor of a Telok Ayer shophouse. Proofs stay pinned under the amber lamp until launch. That is what vault means here — a quiet room where work is kept safe, not a financial product or storage locker.

Integrated strategy

We map category context, competitive language and the single sentence your company should own before any channel work begins. The discipline produces a strategy document with proof points, boundaries and a plain-language rationale that founders can read without a glossary. Every claim ties to evidence we can cite on the record — customer interviews, product facts, market context — never to aspirational adjectives alone.

Creative direction

Creative direction specifies visual register, headline rhythm, photography tone and the words the studio will refuse. We deliver art-direction notes that travel with the campaign spine so designers in Singapore and regional markets work from one brief. Revisions are dated; we do not silently shift the look when a channel asks for louder colour without approval.

Channel orchestration

Channel orchestration defines which surfaces speak first, second and never at all. We build a sequence map tied to the launch calendar: owned, earned, partner and field channels each receive a brief that names audience, intent and the hierarchy rung it serves. The map prevents the common failure mode where every message shouts at equal volume.

Content systems

Content systems give editorial programmes a repeatable structure: series names, modular copy blocks, approval paths and word budgets per format. We design for teams who publish monthly — not one-off campaigns — so writers know what to file next. Each entry names audience, intent and the message it carries from the spine.

Launch communications

Launch communications align product, marketing and comms owners around one dated sequence. We draft internal memos, external announcements, field sheets and post-launch review prompts. The discipline ends with a handover pack so your team can maintain cadence without the studio on the floor every day.

Four phases of a working month

  1. I Read brief — stakeholder map, market read, nothing designed yet
  2. II Shape plan — spine draft, channel map, creative direction notes
  3. III Make work — proof production, approvals logged in writing
  4. IV Review and handover — final proofs, vault bundle, launch calendar

We document assumptions at every stage — open questions with named owners, dependencies on product or legal review, handover points your team can operate without us on the floor. That discipline is why marketing leads choose a vault engagement over a deck that evaporates after the meeting.

Selected work stays anonymised on this site: category, methodology, qualitative outcome. We describe how campaigns were structured, not numeric results. The red line is the same on every engagement — methods described, outcomes not promised.

Work held steady until it is ready to launch.

Home is where we name the Obsidian Vault method in full: a campaign spine written before channel work, creative direction that travels with the spine, and a launch calendar your finance team can read without a presenter in the room.

If you are comparing studios, read Scopes for deliverables, Models for engagement shape, and Threshold for how the first week runs. Each page carries different language — nothing here is duplicated elsewhere on advaultcraft.life.

The mono strip below the hero replaces the banned three-stat row. Each label is a discipline, not a metric. We publish structure counts — five scopes, six models, four tempo phases — never revenue, leads or ranking figures.

Asymmetric photo mosaic on this home page shows three moments in the vault week: proofs pinned, session in warm dark, shophouse exterior at evening. Each image appears once on the site; filenames carry subject slugs, not domain tokens.

Tempo teaser links to a page MarkBloom Wave does not mirror. Their Blair Road studio uses editorial programme language; our Ann Siang studio uses campaign launch language. Compare only if you need both crafts.

Quiet close on home is A-V4 signature: one line, wide margin, no button theatre. If you need correspondence, Visit holds static contact — telephone, mailto, hours, map — with zero form fields.

Obsidian Vault is a design system name, not a product SKU. Surfaces stay black from header through footer on every advaultcraft.life page. Light arrives via type, hairlines, photography and one amber accent.

Home photography count meets spec: hero plus mosaic plus inline proof image. Each file lives under /images/ with numeric subject-slug names only.

Founders comparing Obsidian Vault to template agencies should note: no KPI counters, no glass cards, no purple gradients — black canvas throughout.
