Five scopes on the hanging ledger
Each scope is a discipline with written deliverables — not a service card with adjectives. The ledger replaces the banned identical-card grid with something you could sketch on a proof margin: amber tick marks, mono numbers, prose that earns its length.
01
Integrated strategy
We map category context, competitive language and the single sentence your company should own before any channel work begins. The discipline produces a strategy document with proof points, boundaries and a plain-language rationale that founders can read without a glossary. Every claim ties to evidence we can cite on the record — customer interviews, product facts, market context — never to aspirational adjectives alone.
02
Creative direction
Creative direction specifies visual register, headline rhythm, photography tone and the words the studio will refuse. We deliver art-direction notes that travel with the campaign spine so designers in Singapore and regional markets work from one brief. Revisions are dated; we do not silently shift the look when a channel asks for louder colour without approval.
03
Channel orchestration
Channel orchestration defines which surfaces speak first, second and never at all. We build a sequence map tied to the launch calendar: owned, earned, partner and field channels each receive a brief that names audience, intent and the hierarchy rung it serves. The map prevents the common failure mode where every message shouts at equal volume.
04
Content systems
Content systems give editorial programmes a repeatable structure: series names, modular copy blocks, approval paths and word budgets per format. We design for teams who publish monthly — not one-off campaigns — so writers know what to file next. Each entry names audience, intent and the message it carries from the spine.
05
Launch communications
Launch communications align product, marketing and comms owners around one dated sequence. We draft internal memos, external announcements, field sheets and post-launch review prompts. The discipline ends with a handover pack so your team can maintain cadence without the studio on the floor every day.
How scopes combine
Most engagements begin with integrated strategy and creative direction, then add channel orchestration as the spine stabilises. Content systems and launch communications often run in parallel during campaign build — but the order is always agreed in writing, never assumed from a menu.
We do not sell scopes à la carte without a spine review first. If your brief is a single channel asset, we will say so and point you to a specialist shop. Our work suits teams who need the full architecture.
The ledger is written before the loud work begins.
The hanging ledger on this page is the authoritative list of capability scopes. Tick marks are amber; numbers are mono. If a scope is not on the ledger, it is not part of a standard AdVault engagement unless added in writing.
Integrated strategy and creative direction often open an engagement; channel orchestration follows once the spine is stable. Content systems may run parallel during campaign build — order is always agreed, never assumed from a menu card.
Scope five — launch communications — includes internal memos your HR team can forward without editing. We draft language; your approvers own facts. Legal review slots are named in the channel map before production week.
Scope four — content systems — names series, modular blocks and approval paths. Writers receive a filing guide: what to publish this month, what waits for product, what requires compliance sign-off.
Scope three — channel orchestration — prevents equal-volume shouting. Some channels hold silence while others carry proof. The sequence map is revised when product dates move; old maps are archived, not deleted silently.
Scope two — creative direction — refuses adjectives without evidence. Photography register, type scale and headline rhythm are specified beside the spine so regional adaptations do not drift.
Scope one — integrated strategy — produces the sentence every channel must echo. Competitive language is quoted fairly; our recommendation is argued in plain Singapore English, not deck theatre.
If a procurement team asks for a scope not on the ledger, we respond in writing with either a custom addendum or a decline. Menu cards without deliverables are not how this studio sells work.
