Threshold · first contact

How enquiries cross the threshold

There is no form on this site. Enquiries arrive by email, telephone or a written note delivered to the studio. This page describes what happens in the first week — and what we need from you to read the brief properly.

How enquiries arrive

Email · [email protected] is read by the principal strategist and studio coordinator during business hours. Attach your brief, existing deck or sample copy. We reply within two business days with either a decline, a clarifying question or an invitation to a brief read.

Telephone · +65 6716 2847 connects to the studio line Monday to Friday, oh-nine-hundred to eighteen-hundred Singapore time. If we miss the call, leave a name and email — we do not return calls without a written follow-up path.

Written note · Post or hand-delivered briefs are accepted at nineteen Ann Siang Road, number oh-two dash oh-five. Mark the envelope for AdVault Craft. Include a return email address.

First week sequence

Day one · Acknowledgement and conflict check. We confirm whether the category and timeline fit studio capacity.

Day two to three · Brief read against existing materials you supplied. We list gaps — stakeholder access, product facts, legal constraints — in a return email.

Day four to five · If fit is clear, a written scope arrives: model recommendation, duration, deliverables, studio contact, confidentiality terms. No work begins until you confirm in writing.

What the studio needs

Existing copy samples from every major channel. Product or service facts in writing — not slide headlines alone. Names of approvers and typical review duration. Launch date or window if fixed. Any legal or regulatory language that must appear in communications.

Without these, we can still meet for an advisory day, but we will not draft a spine that invents facts. The vault method depends on evidence on the record.

Confidentiality

Briefs and materials you share are used only to evaluate and perform engagement work. They are stored in access-controlled studio systems. We do not reference your company in new business conversations without permission. Mutual confidentiality terms are included in every written scope.

Threshold describes first contact only. It does not replace the written scope you receive after a brief read. No billable work begins until you confirm scope in writing — email reply is sufficient.

If your category conflicts with studio policy — speculative finance presented as investment advice, gambling, misrepresented product capability — we decline in the first reply without a brief read meeting.

After scope confirmation, onboarding collects file access, approver names and brand assets in a checklist. Missing items pause the calendar rather than forcing assumptions.

Declined enquiries receive a plain reason — capacity, category, timeline — without a sales sequence. We do not add declined contacts to marketing lists.

Hand-delivered notes are scanned to the vault within one business day and acknowledged by email when an address is provided.

Telephone enquiries without email receive a follow-up note only if you leave a reachable address; we do not cold-call from missed calls.

Conflict check on day one includes category fit, timeline versus studio capacity, and whether the brief requires disciplines outside campaign architecture.

International clients may post briefs from other time zones; we respond in Singapore business hours unless a signed contract specifies alternate coverage.

Threshold page does not list fees, day rates or retainer bands — those appear only in private proposals after brief read.
