These terms govern browsing advaultcraft.life only. Service engagements are subject to separate written agreements that supersede these terms where they conflict.

You may link to our homepage and capability pages with a plain text attribution. Framing this site inside another domain without permission is not allowed.

We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but do not warrant that every description of method reflects the latest internal playbook — written proposals prevail.

Photographs are licensed for display on this domain; downloading and reusing them for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited.

If you submit ideas or briefs by email, you retain ownership. We do not claim your materials by receiving them; mutual confidentiality terms apply once scope is signed.

We may suspend access to the site for maintenance or security without notice. We are not liable for temporary unavailability.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where exclusion is prohibited by Singapore law.

The studio name AdVault Craft and the Obsidian Vault design language are trade identifiers. Use that implies endorsement or partnership requires written consent.

Warranty disclaimer: site content is provided as-is for evaluation. Engagements include their own warranty and liability clauses in signed statements of work.

Force majeure: studio delivery dates in contracts may adjust for events outside reasonable control; browsing availability may also be interrupted without liability.

Assignment: you may not assign your rights under these browsing terms. We may assign site operation to a successor entity with notice on this page.

Entire agreement for browsing is these terms plus privacy notice and cookie notice. Conflicts resolve in favour of more specific privacy provisions for data matters.

Language: English Singapore version controls. Translations for convenience do not override English if provided elsewhere.

Notices to us for legal matters may be sent to hello@ with subject Legal notice; we acknowledge receipt within reasonable business time.

User content in email remains yours; licence to us is limited to evaluating and performing agreed services after scope signature.

Prohibited uses include probing security, load testing without permission, and using studio trademarks in domain names or social handles implying affiliation.

Survival: clauses on intellectual property, liability limits and governing law survive termination of browsing if applicable.
