Counsel · questions
Before you write
Practical answers about scope, process and studio policy. Accordion below uses details and summary so you can read with JavaScript disabled. Last reviewed 12 August 2026.
Do you buy media or run paid campaigns?
No. We architect campaigns, creative direction and channel sequencing. Media buying stays with your team or your media partner — we supply the spine, briefs and assets they need to execute.
How do engagements begin?
Email, telephone or a written note to [email protected]. We respond with a brief read and, if there is fit, a written scope — duration, deliverables, studio contact — before any billable work begins.
What do you deliver in writing?
Typically a campaign spine, creative direction notes, channel orchestration map, content system draft and launch calendar. Each is a living document with version dates, not a one-off presentation.
Do you work across APAC markets?
Yes. We adapt spine and copy for regional markets with local review built into the channel map. Tone that reads well in Singapore may need adjustment elsewhere — we note that before production.
Is there a contact form on this site?
No. Contact is static: address, telephone, email and hours on the Visit page. We prefer written briefs you can attach to mail so nothing is lost in a form field limit.
Can we visit the studio on Ann Siang Road?
Yes, by appointment Monday to Friday, oh-nine-hundred to eighteen-hundred Singapore time. The vault room is on the second floor; the lift lobby is documented in our photographs if you have not visited the shophouse row before.
How do you handle confidentiality?
Briefs stay in the vault. Access is limited to assigned team members. Nothing from client files appears in our portfolio or public materials without written consent. See our privacy notice for data handling detail.
What industries do you decline?
We decline categories that conflict with our studio policy — including speculative finance products presented as investment advice, gambling, and campaigns that require us to misrepresent product capability. We will say so plainly in the first reply.
How are revision rounds managed?
Each round is dated and scoped in the written agreement. We document what changed and why. The spine is not rewritten without approval recorded in the ledger — even when a channel manager prefers a louder headline.
Who reads hello@ mail?
The principal strategist and the studio coordinator share the inbox during business hours. Include your name, organisation and a short description of the brief. Attachments are welcome; large files may be requested via a secure link we provide in reply.

Counsel answers process questions in accordion form. For legal data handling see privacy.php; for cookie mechanics see cookies.php. Each legal page uses different section headings — no copy is shared between them.
If your question is not listed, email [email protected] with the subject line Counsel. We add common questions to this page when several clients ask the same thing in a quarter.
Accordion FAQ uses details and summary for JS-off readability. Expand each item with keyboard; focus styles match Obsidian Vault theme on black surfaces.
Questions about guarantees are intentionally absent. We answer scope, process, confidentiality and contact mechanics — not performance promises.
Last reviewed date in header reflects counsel content pass, not legal contract templates. Contract terms live in private statements of work.
If counsel conflicts with a signed client contract, the contract prevails. Public counsel describes typical studio policy for new enquiries.
Media buying questions redirect to your partner or in-house team. We supply spine and assets; we do not operate ad accounts from this studio.
Questions about fees are answered in private proposals after brief read — counsel explains process, not commercial bands on the public site.
APAC market questions reference channel map local review, not guaranteed reach in any territory.
Counsel accordion items are numbered implicitly by order, not by outcome metrics or client counts.
