Visits are by appointment. The vault room is on the second floor; use the lift or the back stair documented on The Vault page. Allow ten minutes to find parking near Telok Ayer on weekday evenings.
AdVault Craft is an independent marketing and brand communications agency. This site describes our craft, engagement shapes and working methods. Outcomes depend on market conditions, product maturity, timing and decisions outside our studio; nothing here promises a particular commercial result. Scope, deliverables and terms are set in a written proposal before work begins.
Parking near Telok Ayer is limited on weekday evenings; allow ten minutes to walk from the nearest public car park. The lift serves the second floor; the back stair is documented on The Vault page for clients who prefer stairs.
Nearest MRT stations are Telok Ayer and Chinatown; both require a short walk through shophouse rows. Signage at street level reads tenant names, not large agency logos — look for number nineteen.
Appointment visits include a brief studio tour when time allows. Active client proofs are covered or stored before you arrive.
Wheelchair access uses the lift; back stair is not required. Contact hello@ before visit if you need accommodation we have not listed.
